Spring is often looked at as a time of new beginnings. As we see a change in our natural environment, I encourage you to also think about the mental changes we can make to create a better world for all of us.

In 2017, The Prison Fellowship collaborated with over 60 organizations to designate April as Second Chance month, where we all help in reducing barriers that formerly incarcerated Americans face as they join society upon release.

Be sure to check back this Thursday, as I cover a study from George Washington University concerning the mental health implications of negative police encounters among US Black men.
